    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: Born to an Italian father and English mother, he lived in 1931 with his sister's family in Victoria. She was married to automobile dealer Thomas H. Plimley. He had immigrated to Canada in Jun 1910, arriving in Quebec City on the Tunisian. He married in 1917, at which time his occupation was a musician. Following his divorce he remarried in 1924 and gave his occupation as a musician. By the time of his third marriage in 1940 his occupation was a soldier and he lived at the Bay Street Armouries in Victoria.
      Michelin owned and operated the Photo-Art Galleries in 1931.
      His death registration records indicates he had worked as an organist and musician until 1954 and that he had lived in Cobble Hill, BC, for 10 years or since the end of World War Two.
