    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: A partner with D. T. Smith in Seattle in 1889 (Smith and Bart), he had opened the Popular Photo Parlour in Vancouver by 1895. He then moved to Rossland and worked there about 1897. He was last located in Nelson where he worked for the Wadds Brothers about 1900.
