    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: According to various online sources accessed Nov 2023, E.W. Kelley was a partner in the firm E.W. Kelley Publishers. While the firm started off in Philadelphia, PA, it later had branch offices in Chicago, IL, Augusta, GA, and Dallas, TX. The company was active from the late 1890s to around 1915. Some of their stereo photographs were published by other companies such as the Universal View Company of Philadelphia which issued one of Kelley's 1906 series depicting the British Columbia Parliament Buildings in Victoria (see photograph). The website History of World Photography noted that the Keystone View Company acquired the E.W. Kelley negatives after the company shut down its Augusta, GA, operation (accessed 1 Nov 2023; https://historyofworldphotography.weebly.com/usa.html).
