The building adjoining the Metropolitan on the left is the De Beck Building. Homer Street is on the right and West Hastings Street runs in front of the Metropolitan and De Beck buildings. The Rocky Mountain Portrait Company occupied one of the storefronts in the Metropolitan Block on 15 Mar 1894. Designed by R.
