    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: A photograph in the City of Vancouver Archives has his address on the verso the photo shows a float on Hastings St. E. with a sign in Japanese and English. The English sign says "Sons of the British Empire God Save the Queen." On 23 Oct 1899 Milne also photographed "A" Company, 2nd Battalion, Royal Canadian Regiment in Vancouver prior departure to South Africa
