    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: The 1891 England census places has him living with his widowed mother, his wife and his mother's three grandsons, presumably David Aird's children. He is working as a barrister and solicitor while residing in Chiswick, Middlesex. His father had also been a barrister.

      Listed as a manager of an unnamed business in 1916, he was a photographer in 1917. He was employed as a photographer at the King Studio between 1928-1933. His death registration record states he had been a retired photographer since 1959 and had spent his adult life in this occupation.
