    • STATUS: Commercial.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: According to an article two years before his death, he took up photography in Oakville, ON, after injuring his hands. He came to BC in 1890, first to Victoria, then moved to Vancouver. He spent several years selling real estate in Vancouver. In the 1921 Canada census, while listed as retired, he gave his occupation as a photographer. He was also listed once in the 1926 business directory as a photographer even though the listings the year before and the year after state he was retired.
