    • STATUS: Commercial.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: Initially apprenticed to his father, Harold Fleming, and his uncle Edgar Fleming, he then worked as a photographer for their firm, the Fleming Brothers. Following its dissolution, he continued as a photographer with his father. He lived with his parents at their home in Oak Bay. Upon enlistment on 15 Dec 1915 in the Canadian Expeditionary Force, he gave his occupation as photographer. He served in France where he was killed in action in France or Belgium less than six months after volunteering.
