    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: Prior to moving to Prince Rupert he worked as a photographer in Fleming, SK. In the 1910-1911 Prince Rupert directory he was listed as an employee of the Empress Theatre, which became his studio address in 1913-1914. During the mid-1910s he operated under the name the Electric Studio. He operated in partnership as Chandler and Cowgill in 1947-1948 and by 1950-1951 had retired.
