    • STATUS: Commercial; Retoucher.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: According to the 1921 Canada census she and her husband immigrated in 1912. This is supported by immigration records found on Ancestry.ca and FamilySearch.org. She was married to a different John Candlish than John W. Candlish who was a photographer. Her husband worked as a building estimator in the 1921 Canada census. Mrs. Candlish worked for the King Photo Studio from around 1918 when she was first listed as a clerk there in the business directory. She was last associated with the King Photo Studio, where she spent her entire career, in the 1948 business directory.
