    After W.J. Campbell took over the studio in 1920, he began calling it the Campbell Elite Studio.

    • STATUS: Commercial.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: He was the proprietor of the Mission Studio in 1915. Between 1916 and 1920 he was co-proprietor of the studio with Charles J. Lincoln. In 1921 Campbell was proprietor of Vancouver's Elite Studio.
      Beginning around 1924 he operated as Campbell's (or Campbell) Studio, which he later incorporated. He took both landscape and portrait photographs.
      Beginning in 1946 his son J.S. Campbell managed the studio.
