    • STATUS: Amateur.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: He was a missionary/reverend at this Saanich peninsula community. He also ministered in Oak Bay when the first Our Lady of Lourdes there (later St. Patrick's Parish) was constructed. In addition to photographing the landscape and his First Nations congregation, he organized a brass band in 1896. He also designed the formal gardens at St. Ann's Academy in Victoria.
