    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: He was a member of the Vancouver Camera Club. In the 1891 census he was listed as an accountant at Oppenheimer & Co. in Vancouver. By the 1901 census he was shown living in the Slocan Riding community of Three Forks and working as a mine manager. Though his religion was shown as Jewish in the 1891 census, by 1901 he was described as a Baptist. The 1901 census indicates he was naturalized in 1881 and his wife's name was Henritta (nee Robinson) Gintzburger. Married in Vancouver on 29 Sep 1898, she passed away in Vancouver in 1948.
