    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: A real estate agent for the Union Land Company, St. Paul, MN, he arrived in Vancouver in 1888 or 1889 and probably took photos in conjunction with real estate sales. In 1891 he sent a photograph of the Empress of India coming through the First Narrows to the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.
