David Mattison contacted various Scottish libraries, archives and individuals about the existence of Beveridge's negatives. They were never located. Update for 17 Feb 2017: According to the FindAGrave.com entry for him, the "Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland holds about 500 of his original glass plate photographic negatives." These appear to be only negatives relating to Scotland.
