    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: Created to counter the unpatriotic and jingoistic influences of American films, this short-lived agency was the first of its kind at the provincial level. Its director was a dentist, Dr. Albert Richard Baker, whose chief supplier of film footage was A.D. Kean. BCPEPS also purchased footage from other independent camera operators.
