    • STATUS: Commercial.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: He was a partner in the Jones Brothers studio and in Jones and Company. According to Dempsey he moved to Victoria from Birtle, MB, in 1888. His obituary stated he came to Canada in 1866 and worked in photography at Winnipeg. In 1885 he was supposed to have followed the troops west to Fort Qu'Appelle during the Riel rebellion.
