    • STATUS: Commercial.
    • BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: In 1910 he was employed by J. Leckie and Company, a manufacturer and importer of goods for the commercial fishing industry. In 1911 he appears to have been working in Vancouver as a photographer and then moved to Texada Island in time to be enumerated for the 1911 Canada census. He told the census enumerator that he was a Methodist, had immigrated in 1900 and that his "racial or tribal origin" was Irish. He lived with the Petty family on Texada Island.
